Danielle Glover
As Senior Vice President at CRL Associates, Danielle Glover is a trusted strategist who helps organizations navigate the policymaking process with precision and purpose. She represents clients across key sectors—including transportation, construction, land use, and energy—delivering results through a deep understanding of government affairs, coalition building, grassroots mobilization, and strategic lobbying.
Danielle has played a pivotal role in shaping major public projects and policies throughout Colorado. Her portfolio includes high-impact initiatives such as the second Colorado Convention Center Expansion, CDOT’s Mountain Passenger Rail, and local ordinances for the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids that restricted the sale of flavored tobacco products. She has led campaigns for statewide referendums, regional transportation funding, and local ballot initiatives—translating public policy into public progress.
Prior to CRL Associates, Danielle directed legislative and regulatory affairs for a national nursing association, advancing a 50-state advocacy agenda focused on nurse and patient safety. The role sharpened her expertise in multistate lobbying and reinforced her passion for policy innovation at both the municipal and state levels.
Danielle holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and communications and a master’s in public administration from the University of Colorado Denver. She also earned a Certificate in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Strategy from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder.
A recognized civic leader, Danielle is an alumna of leadership programs including the Urban Land Institute Colorado Partnership Forum, Impact Denver, and Leadership Denver. She currently serves on the executive board of the Civic Center Conservancy.
